Creating the perfect menu for your reception is one of
the most important—and enjoyable—parts of planning your reception. Besides being fun, it's your
opportunity to show everyone what good taste you have.
Once your wedding consultant has conferred with you regarding your menu, we
will arrange a private tasting so you can experience our wonderful cuisine. Your
options include:
sit-down vs. buffet
dinner Traditional sit-down dinners tend to be more formal, while
buffets offer a greater variety and have a tendency to be more casual. The choice is yours.
brunch option If your wedding is
early in the day, consider a brunch reception with fresh pastries and fruit,
crepe or omelet stations, champagne, mimosas or a bloody mary bar.
entrée choices Entrée "duets" are one
way to ensure you'll please every palate. Serving chicken and beef, or pairing a
meat entree with fish, or creating a tri-custom dish with the assistance of our
culinary team we are certain to satisfy your guests' diverse tastes.
themed stations Offer guests a wide
range of culinary experiences by choosing specialty ethnic or other themed food
stations. Popular options include Spanish tapas or a mashed potato bar and Asian specialties.
hors d'oeuvres and cocktails For
evening ceremonies, or to meet a tighter budget, consider an all-hors-d'oeuvres
reception. Guests can mingle and enjoy an array of hot and cold appetizers.
wedding cake If you'd like, our
pastry chefs can custom-design a wedding cake for you, made with your choice of
filling and frosting. Speak to your wedding consultant about enhancing your
wedding cake with a selection of our delectable sweets.
